The Brave Monkey in the Secret Garden

After jumping across the ocean, Hanuman reached Lanka and found Mata Sita in a beautiful garden called Ashok Vatika. After giving her Lord Rama's message, Hanuman suddenly felt very hungry.

समुद्र लांघने के बाद, हनुमान लंका पहुँचे और अशोक वाटिका नामक एक सुंदर बगीचे में माता सीता को पाया। उन्हें भगवान राम का संदेश देने के बाद, हनुमान को अचानक बहुत भूख लगी।

He looked at the trees. They were loaded with big, juicy mangoes and sweet fruits. 'Mata,' he said, 'can I eat some of these fruits? I am very tired and hungry.'

उन्होंने पेड़ों की ओर देखा। वे बड़े, रसीले आमों और मीठे फलों से लदे थे। 'माता,' उन्होंने कहा, 'क्या मैं इनमें से कुछ फल खा सकता हूँ? मैं बहुत थका हुआ और भूखा हूँ।'

Sita smiled but warned him, 'Hanuman, this garden belongs to the evil King Ravana. It is guarded by scary demons. Be careful!'

सीता मुस्कुराईं लेकिन उन्हें चेतावनी दी, 'हनुमान, यह बगीचा दुष्ट राजा रावण का है। इसकी रक्षा डरावने राक्षस करते हैं। सावधान रहना!'

Hanuman laughed. 'Don't worry, Mata!' He started jumping from tree to tree, plucking the best fruits and eating them with joy. He even started uprooting some trees just for fun!

हनुमान हँसे। 'चिंता मत करो, माता!' वे एक पेड़ से दूसरे पेड़ पर कूदने लगे, सबसे अच्छे फल तोड़ने लगे और उन्हें खुशी-खुशी खाने लगे। उन्होंने मज़े के लिए कुछ पेड़ों को उखाड़ना भी शुरू कर दिया!

The demon guards were shocked. 'A monkey is eating our King's favorite fruits!' they shouted. They attacked Hanuman with spears and swords. But Hanuman was a superhero! He used his long tail to sweep them away and threw big fruits at them like cannonballs.

राक्षस दरबारी हैरान रह गए। 'एक बंदर हमारे राजा के पसंदीदा फल खा रहा है!' वे चिल्लाए। उन्होंने भालों और तलवारों से हनुमान पर हमला किया। लेकिन हनुमान एक सुपरहीरो थे! उन्होंने अपनी लंबी पूँछ का इस्तेमाल उन्हें बुहारने के लिए किया और तोप के गोलों की तरह उन पर बड़े-बड़े फल फेंके।

He completely destroyed the garden to show Ravana that Rama's messenger was not afraid of anyone. Even in the middle of danger, Hanuman knew how to enjoy a good meal and have a bit of fun!

उन्होंने रावण को यह दिखाने के लिए बगीचे को पूरी तरह से नष्ट कर दिया कि राम का दूत किसी से नहीं डरता। खतरे के बीच भी, हनुमान जानते थे कि अच्छे भोजन का आनंद कैसे लिया जाए और थोड़ा मज़ा कैसे किया जाए!
