The Challenge of the Heavy Bow
“How did a young Prince lift a bow that even the strongest kings couldn't even move? 🏹💪”
Princess Sita was the daughter of King Janaka. She was wise, kind, and very special. When it was time for her to get married, the King announced a 'Swayamvar'—a grand contest to find the best husband for her.
राजकुमारी सीता राजा जनक की पुत्री थीं। वे बुद्धिमान, दयालु और बहुत खास थीं। जब उनके विवाह का समय आया, तो राजा ने एक 'स्वयंवर' की घोषणा की - उनके लिए सबसे अच्छा पति खोजने के लिए एक भव्य प्रतियोगिता।
The challenge was impossible! There was a giant, heavy iron bow called the 'Pinaka' that belonged to Lord Shiva. Many strong kings and powerful princes came from all over the world. They tried to lift it, but the bow wouldn't even budge an inch. Some kings fell down trying, and others just gave up in shame.
चुनौती असंभव थी! भगवान शिव का एक विशाल, भारी लोहे का धनुष था जिसे 'पिनाक' कहा जाता था। दुनिया भर से कई मजबूत राजा और शक्तिशाली राजकुमार आए। उन्होंने इसे उठाने की कोशिश की, लेकिन धनुष एक इंच भी नहीं हिला। कुछ राजा कोशिश करते हुए गिर गए, और अन्य ने शर्म के मारे हार मान ली।
Then, young Prince Rama stepped forward. He didn't look like he was trying to show off. He calmly walked to the bow, bowed to it with respect, and then picked it up with just one hand! It felt as light as a flower to him.
तभी युवा राजकुमार राम आगे बढ़े। वे दिखावा करने की कोशिश करते नहीं लग रहे थे। वे शांति से धनुष के पास गए, सम्मान के साथ उसे प्रणाम किया, और फिर उसे सिर्फ एक हाथ से उठा लिया! उन्हें यह फूल की तरह हल्का लगा।
As he tried to tie the string to the bow, the bow snapped into two with a loud sound that felt like thunder! CRACK! Everyone was shocked. Rama had not only lifted the bow but was so strong that he broke it! King Janaka was over the moon, and Princess Sita happily placed a garland around Rama's neck. This story teaches us that when you are calm and have God's blessings, even the heaviest tasks become easy.
जैसे ही उन्होंने धनुष पर प्रत्यंचा चढ़ाने की कोशिश की, धनुष एक ज़ोरदार आवाज़ के साथ दो टुकड़ों में टूट गया जो बिजली की कड़क जैसा महसूस हुआ! कड़क! हर कोई हैरान था। राम ने न केवल धनुष उठाया था बल्कि वे इतने मजबूत थे कि उन्होंने उसे तोड़ दिया! राजा जनक बहुत खुश थे, और राजकुमारी सीता ने खुशी-खुशी राम के गले में वरमाला डाल दी। यह कहानी हमें सिखाती है कि जब आप शांत होते हैं और आपके पास भगवान का आशीर्वाद होता है, तो सबसे भारी काम भी आसान हो जाते हैं।
