The Brave Dance on the River Snake

One day, Krishna and his friends were playing by the Yamuna river. Suddenly, their ball fell into the water.

एक दिन, कृष्ण और उनके दोस्त यमुना नदी के किनारे खेल रहे थे। अचानक, उनकी गेंद पानी में गिर गई।

The river was dangerous because a massive, poisonous snake named Kaliya lived there with his many heads. The water was so toxic that birds flying over it would fall down!

नदी खतरनाक थी क्योंकि वहाँ कालिया नाम का एक विशाल, जहरीला साँप अपने कई सिरों के साथ रहता था। पानी इतना जहरीला था कि उसके ऊपर उड़ने वाले पक्षी भी नीचे गिर जाते थे!

Without any fear, little Krishna jumped into the dark water to get the ball. Kaliya the snake was angry and attacked Krishna, wrapping his heavy coils around him.

बिना किसी डर के, छोटे कृष्ण गेंद लाने के लिए गहरे पानी में कूद पड़े। साँप कालिया क्रोधित हो गया और उसने कृष्ण पर हमला कर दिया, अपनी भारी कुंडली उनके चारों ओर लपेट ली।

But Krishna expanded his body and slipped out! He then jumped onto Kaliya's heads and began a beautiful, divine dance. He danced so heavily that the snake was defeated and begged for mercy.

लेकिन कृष्ण ने अपना शरीर बढ़ाया और बाहर खिसक गए! फिर वे कालिया के सिर पर कूद गए और एक सुंदर, दिव्य नृत्य शुरू कर दिया। उन्होंने इतनी जोर से नृत्य किया कि साँप हार गया और उसने दया की भीख मांगी।

Krishna spared his life but ordered Kaliya to leave the river forever so the water would be clean and safe again.

कृष्ण ने उसकी जान बख्श दी लेकिन कालिया को हमेशा के लिए नदी छोड़ने का आदेश दिया ताकि पानी फिर से साफ और सुरक्षित हो सके।
