The Stone That Came to Life

A long time ago, there was a beautiful woman named Ahalya. Because of a misunderstanding and a mistake, she was cursed to become a cold, hard stone. She stayed as a stone for thousands of years, waiting for someone to save her.

बहुत समय पहले, अहल्या नाम की एक सुंदर स्त्री थी। एक गलतफहमी और गलती के कारण, उन्हें एक ठंडे, कठोर पत्थर बनने का श्राप दिया गया था। वह हजारों सालों तक पत्थर बनी रही, किसी के उसे बचाने का इंतजार करती रही।

One day, Lord Rama was walking through that same forest with Sage Vishwamitra. The Sage pointed to the stone and told Rama its sad story. 'Only your touch can free her from this curse,' the Sage said.

एक दिन, भगवान राम ऋषि विश्वामित्र के साथ उसी जंगल से गुजर रहे थे। ऋषि ने पत्थर की ओर इशारा किया और राम को उसकी दुखद कहानी सुनाई। ऋषि ने कहा, 'केवल आपका स्पर्श ही उसे इस श्राप से मुक्त कर सकता है।'

Rama felt great compassion for Ahalya. As he walked past, the dust from his lotus-like feet touched the stone. Suddenly, the stone began to glow! The hard rock melted away, and in its place stood the beautiful Ahalya, alive and breathing again.

राम को अहल्या के प्रति बड़ी दया आई। जैसे ही वे पास से गुजरे, उनके कमल जैसे चरणों की धूल पत्थर को छू गई। अचानक, पत्थर चमकने लगा! कठोर चट्टान पिघल गई, और उसके स्थान पर सुंदर अहल्या खड़ी थी, जो फिर से जीवित और सांस ले रही थी।

She bowed to Lord Rama with tears in her eyes. Rama's touch had not only given her life back but also washed away all her sadness. This story shows that no matter how 'hard' or 'stuck' we feel in life, God's kindness can always make us feel new and happy again.

उसने आँखों में आँसू भरकर भगवान राम को प्रणाम किया। राम के स्पर्श ने न केवल उन्हें जीवन वापस दिया था बल्कि उनकी सारी उदासी भी धो दी थी। यह कहानी बताती है कि जीवन में हम कितना भी 'कठोर' या 'फंसा हुआ' महसूस करें, भगवान की दया हमें हमेशा नया और खुश महसूस करा सकती है।
